See things differently
Geology, biodiversity and how vines adapt: clear explanations, out in the landscape.
Share the flavours
South-western French cooking, a picnic of local produce and a guided tasting that connects flavours with the skills behind them.
Find your own rhythm
Breathing exercises, stretching, relaxation and free time punctuate the weekend.

8.30 am: a gentle start with breathing exercises or stretching.
Around 9.30 am: set off on a guided walk.
Around 12.30 pm: a picnic of local produce in the countryside. Settle down, take in your surroundings and savour the moment.
Afternoon: understand what you taste.
Around 2.30 pm: explore a wine estate, its vineyards and cellar, followed by a guided tasting. From grapes to Malbec, follow the stages of winemaking and learn to describe what you experience.
The late afternoon is yours: rest, take a stroll or enjoy the pool if your accommodation has one. A relaxation session is planned between 6 and 7 pm, before dinner at around 7.30 pm.
03 · Sunday · The art of slowing down
Stay a little longer in the rhythm of Quercy.
After breakfast, begin the morning with gentle movement or a mindful walk. Depending on the group’s interests, continue exploring with a nature walk, a collaborative vineyard workshop or a discussion about biodiversity.
